Alena Zorić — Commercial Litigation Lawyer, Perth
A Perth commercial litigation practice built around clear advice, commercial focus, and direct client service.
Alena Zorić is a commercial litigation lawyer in Perth and the Principal Lawyer at Zorić Legal, a boutique commercial disputes practice based in Perth, Western Australia. We act for businesses, insurers, and local governments across Western Australia on commercial litigation, insurance disputes, debt recovery, and mediation matters.
The practice was founded on a simple idea: that clients of any size deserve direct access to an experienced lawyer, honest advice on what’s actually worth pursuing, and a commercial view of every decision. No unnecessary escalation. No layers of delegation. No work done that isn’t serving a clear purpose.
About Alena Zorić, Commercial Litigation Lawyer
Alena Zorić is the Principal Lawyer at Zorić Legal. She has over a decade of experience in commercial dispute resolution, with a particular focus on insurance law and complex recovery matters.
Before founding Zorić Legal, Alena spent the majority of her career at leading international and national law firms with strong reputations in insurance and commercial disputes. That experience spans both sides of the claim — acting for insurers and their insureds and acting for businesses and individuals pursuing recovery or challenging coverage decisions.
Alena has appeared in courts throughout Western Australia and South Australia, across matters ranging from straightforward recovery actions to complex multi-party commercial disputes. Her practice combines rigorous technical expertise with a commercial lens and an understanding that legal outcomes only matter when they translate into real results for the client’s business.

How we work
Our approach is the same across every matter we take on:
- We start with your commercial position. Before recommending a strategy, we want to understand what outcome actually serves your business. The legal path follows the commercial reality, not the other way around.
- We give you clear options. After reviewing the matter, you’ll have a written view of the options available, what each is likely to cost, what each is likely to achieve, and which one we recommend.
- We act decisively on your instructions. Once a strategy is agreed, we move. Prompt communication, proactive updates, and no unnecessary delay.
- We tell you the hard things. When a matter has stopped making commercial sense, we say so. When the right answer is to walk away or settle, we say so. Clients deserve honesty, even when it’s not what they wanted to hear.
- We keep fees clear and predictable. Fixed fees for defined pieces of work. Hourly billing with upfront estimates and regular updates for complex matters. The first consultation is always free.
